To avoid repetitive alerts:

• ChainWay remembers what it has recently notified you about

• Alerts for the same event are not re-sent

• Each combination of user + profile + token is handled separately

This ensures:

• No duplicates

• No unnecessary pings

• Clean and predictable alert flow
